As a local and international label manager at Sony Music, music has always been in her path. From time working at Red Bull and being exposed to the culture department, to  closely with the Ballentines supported Boiler Room.

Minenhle Radebe is now a record label manager across a multi-verse of genres such as Amapiano, R&B and Dance music. Her role encompasses developing and executing marketing strategies; partners management with DSP’s and working closely with A&R.

Next on her professional horizon is stepping into private music consulting; socializing in strategy; licensing, music roll out plans and executions.
