Paige Dawtrey Holmes is a life-student of energy dynamics, having spent all her life in the performing arts, she has morphed from the highly disciplined art-form of classical & contemporary ballet to a disciple of organic balance MindBodyVoice. She continues to study, practice & explore the human instrument’s energy dynamics. Working closely with Artists and all humans alike, Paige takes one on a unique and individual journey, to get in touch with one’s inner environment and to raise resonance within one’s unique universe.
Paige Holmes started her career as professional ballet dancer and later as a choreographer and artist performance coach in Mind Body Voice training, an organic approach to tuning the human musical instrument. In 1999 she joined Brad Holmes at the Bassline Jazz Club and became a partner. As documented in the book, Last Night At The Bassline by David B. Coplan & Oscar Gutierrez (Jacana Media, 201. The business is also involved in managing musicians (new and established) and provides performance coaching. Paige is currently pivoting to focus on the whole wellbeing of the creative human instrument MindBodyVoice and is developing her Health & Wellness practice to do one on one sessions, group sessions, workshops and retreats in this organic methodology that feeds and fuels the WHOLE HUMAN BEING.

Performance Coaching
January 2103 and January 2015 – Completed two intensive three-week courses in Lessac Kinesensics, held at the University of Pretoria.
Completed a weekend course in Teaching Lessac Kinesensics in August 2015.
- After completing a pilot project over two years of classes with a performer called Nakhane, Paige presented a paper to the Pretoria University Drama Department in November 2015 titled:
‘The aid and support that Lessac Kinesensics can offer the South African Contemporary Popular Music Performer in reaching a more embodied performance’. Nakhane has gone on to become an international artist, burgeoning star singer, song writer, actor and published author.

- Currently coaching a number of performers from the live music industry, from across the music genre spectrum including but not limited to Afro-soul, Afro-folk, Indie Rock and Pop and studying to become a certified Health & Wellness Coach with the Internationally & UK acclaimed Health Coaches Academy
