Paige Holmes
Organization – Independent
Position – Mind Body Voice Coach

Professional Profile
Her journey into wellness wasn’t built in a classroom alone—it was forged over 50 years in the heart of the performing arts. From the discipline of dance to the high-energy world of the live music business and performance, Paige has lived the reality of the artist’s life. She understands the unique demands placed on a creative spirit because she has navigated them herself.
Today, Paige is a certified Health & Wellness Coach. A culmination of her Health Coaching Diploma woven together with the embodied wisdom of Lessac Kinesensics®—an organic approach to the body, mind, and voice.
She realized early on that for an artist to truly thrive, they need more than just technique; they need a vessel that is strong, grounded, and resilient. Her work with clients is about honoring that “instrument.” It is a move away from one-size-fits-all solutions toward a personalized, integrative approach that respects the artist’s lived reality.
Paige’s mission is to help performers build a relationship with their MindBodyVoice that supports longevity. She offers a space of structure and support without judgment, helping creatives find vitality and focus so they can be fully available for their art—and their lives—for the long run.
